I have tried calorie counting apps, diets, tracking my daily intake in an excel spreadsheet - but nothing worked. Finally, I decided that I was going to post every single thing I consumed for a week...I can see, in pictures, what I eat, how much of it, and what I need to add/cut out. The best part about it is that I think twice about everything I consume...is it worth taking the time to take a picture and telling the world that I am eating it? Sometimes not. Let's see how long it goes. I welcome your thoughts, opinions, tips and overall feedback!
